Product Management

In Any organization, product or items can be categorized into following base categories/types:

  1. Finished Goods
  2. Semi Finished Goods
  3. Raw Materials
  4. Consumables
  5. General Items
  6. Services
  7. Non-Value Items

Ultro organizes product catalog using these base categories.

Product or items within each category can be further tagged with varius other categories & sub categories.

Finished Goods

To create Finished Goods go to Product Menu -> Select Finished Goods.

This will bring you to the list of the existing Finished Goods.

Create New Finish Goods

To Create the New Finish Goods, from the list view click on the Add New button or sign

and it will open the page where you can enter all of the details and save it.

Basic Details

  1. Product Name
  2. Product Code
  3. UOM
  4. Cost Price
  5. Sale Price
  6. Internal Product Category
  7. Finished Goods
  8. Product Category

Description Tab

  1. HSN/SAC Code
  2. HSN/SAC Description
  3. Description Purchase
  4. Description Sale

Accounting Tab

  1. Tax on Sales
  2. Tax on Purchases
  3. Income Account
  4. Expense Account

    See Existing Finished Goods

To see the details of the Existing Finished Goods, you can click on the product line and it will open the details of the Selected product.
